About The Position

Develop, manage, and communicate project roadmaps, strategy, and reporting for Amazon's global owned channels and content, including AboutAmazon.com website, email newsletter programs, and SEO; Engineer, develop, maintain, refine, and communicate ongoing and ad-hoc metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses, to demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of the work driven by the Amazon News team; Define the data and KPIs that will most effectively and accurately measure the impact of content and channels Work cross-functionally with other analytics, reporting, and research teams to develop and share best practices and learnings, define and refine benchmarks, and develop best-in-class insights; and Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement solutions that can scale globally, based on data insights from multiple sources and across myriad channels.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • 3 years of experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3 years of experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and nontech teams
  • 3 years of experience in project/technical program management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • 3 years of experience developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau and Qualtrics
  • 3 years of experience driving cross-functional projects, building partnerships with other organizations, and working proactively with business teams to ensure security, operational, and business objectives are met
