About The Position
As a sales associate in our General Merchandise department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the products they need, whether for everyday use or special occasions. You will have the opportunity to work across various departments, including Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of products and customers. Your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs will be key to making their day better. In this role, you will be actively involved in maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness. This includes keeping aisles neat, stocking shelves, and collaborating with supervisors and fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation. You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries and providing assistance at the checkout when necessary.
