About The Position

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience.
• Model, train, and coach team members to deliver service standards.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals.
• Lead understanding of operational procedures impacting inventory accuracy and profitability.
• Empower the team to create a consistent experience for guests.
• Assess reporting to identify gaps in processes and develop resolutions.
• Be an expert in operations, accuracy, process, and efficiency.
• Assist with execution of processes in inbound, outbound, and replenishment.
• Lead pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work as applicable.
• Work with Closing teams to ensure the store is guest ready.
• Create a scheduling plan based on business workload and guest traffic.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
• Lead team onboarding and training to close knowledge gaps.
• Establish clear goals and expectations for team members.
• Support guest services and maintain compliance with laws.
