This position leads the General Merchandise and Food Sales team in various operational processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing. The role also involves coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and contribute to a guest-first culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
• Educate team on operational procedures affecting inventory management and store profitability.
• Assess reporting to identify gaps in GM processes and develop plans for resolution.
• Lead daily execution of tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, and organizing the backroom.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Establish clear goals and expectations for team members and hold them accountable.
• Collaborate with all teams to ensure the store is guest-ready.
• Support guest services and maintain compliance with laws and safety expectations.
• Model a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
