This position involves leading a team of hourly team members, planning daily/weekly workloads, and driving process improvements to enhance workload efficiency. A typical day includes executing daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
• Educate team on operational procedures affecting inventory management and store profitability.
• Assess reporting to identify gaps in GM processes and develop plans for resolution.
• Lead daily execution of tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, and organizing the backroom.
• Assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Establish clear goals and expectations for team members.
• Lead pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work accurately.
• Collaborate with all teams and leaders to ensure the store is guest ready.
• Stay informed about relevant trends and products to educate team members.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
• Model a culture of executing best practices and help close skill gaps through development.
