Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, leadership experience a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach and motivate others to deliver excellence.
Detail-oriented and reliable with a commitment to teamwork.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and move product safely during your shift.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members in the daily operation of the general merchandise department.
Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Oversee product ordering, receiving, rotation, and pricing.
Assign daily priorities and tasks to support smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Train, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed goals.
Partner with leadership to drive engagement, sales, and productivity.
Maintain compliance with store standards and safety guidelines.
Operate registers or powered equipment when needed.
Participate in inventory counts and seasonal resets.
Foster a team culture that supports inclusion, respect, and positivity.
