Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, leadership experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate others to deliver excellence.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move product safely during your shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members in the daily operation of the general merchandise department.
  • Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Oversee product ordering, receiving, rotation, and pricing.
  • Assign daily priorities and tasks to support smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed goals.
  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement, sales, and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with store standards and safety guidelines.
  • Operate registers or powered equipment when needed.
  • Participate in inventory counts and seasonal resets.
  • Foster a team culture that supports inclusion, respect, and positivity.
