Requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and understand the role in sales growth.
• Manage a team executing inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes.
• Lead pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
• Create a guest-obsessed culture and prioritize guest experience.
• Develop strategies and utilize workload planning tools.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the team to ensure task completion.
• Manage GM backroom and sales floor areas.
• Oversee Team Leaders' workload planning.
• Drive fulfillment sales and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Plan and manage organizational and operational changes.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit talent.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
