  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
  • Train, schedule, supervise, and assign duties to GM/HBC stockers.
  • Resolve customer issues related to sales, service, or product.
  • Maintain department and storage area cleanliness.
  • Execute merchandising directives, including changes to signs, tags, and prices.
  • Replace stock, remove expired items daily, process recalls, and place orders.
  • Perform daily inventory and maintain accurate procedures and files.
  • Receive and move merchandise and complete necessary documentation.
  • Secure sensitive and high-dollar product.
  • Ensure displays, shelves, and backroom areas are organized and neat.
  • Adhere to laws and company policies.
  • Complete and maintain required paperwork.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
