About The Position

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work. The role of a General Merchandise Expert can provide you with the knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store, experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement, and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
