About The Position

As a Fulfillment Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that ensures guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This role involves picking, prepping, packing, sorting, and shipping products to deliver convenience and quality for our guests. You will work in a dynamic environment where your daily tasks will change based on guest ordering patterns, and you will gain valuable experience in retail business fundamentals, including inventory management and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
• Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for the guest
• Select items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home for digital guest orders
• Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive up orders
• Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials
• Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals
• Own your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized
• Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, and product freshness standards
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up
• Perform all other duties based on business needs
