About The Position

We're thrilled to announce the opening of our newest Rosauers Supermarkets location this June! We're looking for enthusiastic team members to be part of something exciting from the very start. This position offers the unique opportunity to join our pre-opening team, with training for your role beginning before our doors open and the chance to help with store setup, so we're ready to deliver the exceptional Rosauers experience our customers know and love from day one. MULTIPLE ROLES AND SHIFTS AVAILABLE. We proudly serve the Inland Pacific Northwest, with 23 stores and over 2,000 employees throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

Requirements

Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. at times.

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming products and following stocking and product rotation procedures.
Ensure all products are neatly shelved, in their appropriate places, and rotated properly to guarantee freshness.
Conduct regular inventory checks and restock merchandise as necessary.
Ensure all items are accurately priced and labeled. Hang price tags and facing products.
Develop display techniques for effective merchandising.
Assist customers with location products, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization including shelves, displays, and surrounding areas.
Check on recalls; removing product and returning as directed.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
