The location in Ashdown, (Arkansas, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of General Mechanic-E/I & Millwright. This job is full-time permanent. Domtar Industries Inc. is seeking qualified General Mechanics with an Electrical and Instrumentation background and/or a Mechanical background. The position will require working rotating shifts, holidays, and on weekends.
Requirements
- 5 years industrial maintenance experience in the last 10 years (similar industrial setting)
- Must be multi-craft – demonstrate practical and written proficiency in 3 of 5 major crafts: millwright, pipe fitter, instrumentation, electrical, welding
- 2 year technical associates degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully have passed the Career Readiness Certification at the silver or gold level
