About The Position

General Manufacturing Associates learn skills in one or more Production areas – such as: packaging, warehouse, straightening, broaching, facilities, and grit blasting. This role is a great introduction to Production at Fisher Barton. At Level 1, You will:

Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions
Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly
Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork
Enter data into the computer systems on time
Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas
May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to safely move materials
