Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting
• Previous restaurant experience
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• Manage business operations including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement
• Deliver a great guest experience
• Assist team members where needed
