About the position
The General Manager will have full responsibility for the performance and profitability of a corrugated packaging manufacturing facility. This includes managing and overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role requires strategic planning, financial management, and effective leadership to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in manufacturing
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
