As a General Manager at Jamba Juice, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and managing store performance. You will oversee all aspects of store management, including team member leadership and development, sales performance, customer service, and community involvement. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the store, ensuring that sales and financial targets are met while maintaining operational excellence. You will utilize financial tools to analyze reports, identify trends, and address any issues affecting store performance. Your role will also involve training, coaching, and counseling team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance their skills. You will lead your team in executing Jamba standards, ensuring that every customer has an excellent experience. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with the surrounding community through effective marketing and sponsorship initiatives. Your ability to influence the direction of the store and engage in community outreach will be key to driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a General Manager, you will also adhere to all company policies regarding food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures, ensuring compliance among all team members.
