About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the shift supervisors of the Popeyes location
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Effectively lead, manage, and communicate with the team
  • Ensure compliance with Popeyes brand standards and franchisee requirements
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all staff
  • Complete administrative tasks such as inventory, ordering, and scheduling promptly and accurately
  • Communicate effectively with a roster of 50 and upper management individuals
