The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of one restaurant while meeting the company's high standards of cleanliness, attitude, product, and service. This position requires the manager to ensure that each customer's visit meets these standards and to oversee the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of all employees in the restaurant. The manager will also interface with corporate and regional office employees, customers, and suppliers as necessary to achieve required results.
