We are searching for a top-notch General Manager to join our growing team. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting the restaurant's goals in collaboration with leadership and creating a plan to achieve those goals. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves! Additionally, the General Manager may be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
