About The Position

As a Sports Bar General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the leader in creating the ultimate experience for our sports fans. You will oversee local restaurant marketing and manage Profit and Loss statement results, ensuring that your sports bar is at the top of its game. You will lead your sports bar Management Team, which includes the AGM, Hospitality Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager, and Kitchen Manager, through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.

Requirements

• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct work of others, champion change, and analyze a Profit and Loss statement
• High school graduate or similar; bachelor's degree preferred
• 4-5 years of management experience, preferably as a Restaurant General Manager
• Passion for training and developing your team
