Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual revenue budgets related to salon & spa and retail.
• Attract, develop, and retain talent to achieve goals related to staffing.
• Take an active role in daily business driving activities, with consistent presence on the retail & salon floors.
• Effectively manage labor costs, supplies & inventory and all other expenses.
• Facilitate the execution of marketing plans, promotional programs, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the retail store & salon in accordance with company guidelines and state requirements.
