About The Position
Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking passionate and dedicated General Managers to join our team in Blaine, MN. As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our restaurant operations and ensuring that we deliver a top-notch experience to our customers. You will coach your staff to deliver amazing customer service, maintain a clean and organized restaurant, and manage effective scheduling, inventory, and food orders. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Compensation for this position starts at $60,000, with the potential for monthly profit sharing, leading to total compensation exceeding $90,000 annually.
