About The Position

Requirements

• Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment
• Passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers
• Can show how they've grown in previous roles
• Knows what affects the P&L
• Can execute a business plan
• Would never compromise on the quality of the products they serve/sell
• Has a strong desire to increase sales and build relationships in the community
• Is a great coach who can identify and develop awesome talent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
