About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at our 909 1st St location in Bradenton, United States. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business success and fostering a high-performance team culture. Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures Develop and implement strategic plans to meet short-term and long-term business objectives Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently Collaborate with other departments and senior management to align local operations with overall company goals Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a general management or similar leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Superior strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in operations management and process improvement techniques

  • Requires Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
