KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership & Financial Performance • Lead all aspects of hotel operations to achieve profitability, revenue growth, and operational excellence. • Own full P&L; performance with focus on GOP growth, labor productivity, and flow-through optimization. • Lead weekly forecasting, pace reporting, and comp set positioning to outperform market competitors. • Partner with ownership on capital planning, asset enhancements, and long-term strategic initiatives. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION • Prior General Manager experience required, preferably in a large full-service or conference hotel. • 6+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience. • Strong group sales, catering, and revenue strategy background. • Experience in airport or corporate-driven markets preferred. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • Proven GM experience in a large, complex hotel. • Strong financial and operational leadership. • Demonstrated ability to drive top-line and bottom-line performance. • Aligned with Avion’s values of trust, transparency, and results.
