Requirements

3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Experience managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
Hire, train, and develop team members and shift leaders
Drive sales growth and manage profitability, including labor and food cost control
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards at all times
Create schedules, manage inventory, and oversee ordering processes
Build a positive and motivated team culture
Support local marketing and community engagement initiatives
