Pay Transparency (In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, effective October 29, 2025) Pay Ranges (Massachusetts) Delivery Drivers š° $18.00 ā $25.00 per hour (Includes Tips + Gas Reimbursement) Insiders š° $15.50 ā $17.00 per hour Assistant Managers š° $17.00 ā $19.00 per hour (Plus, the opportunity to receive Operational Excellence Incentives, PTO and Career Advance Opportunities) General Managers š° $20.00 ā $30.00 per hour (Plus Operational Excellence Incentives & Paid Time Off and Career Advance Opportunities)
