About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is actively seeking a highly capable General Manager who possesses demonstrated leadership skills within the restaurant industry. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of the store, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide robust support to all team members. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the store's daily functions to achieve and exceed operational and financial targets.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
