About The Position

We're hiring a high-energy, people-first General Manager to lead Club Elevate in Framingham. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings strong presence, ambition, and a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience. You'll take ownership of daily operations, build and develop a motivated team, and create a positive, performance-driven environment that members enjoy being part of. Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • 3+ years in fitness, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment (or bachelor's degree).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A positive, high-energy approach with a focus on customer experience.
  • Sales-driven mindset with comfort managing performance and results.
  • Experience with POS systems and Google Workspace (preferred).
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day club operations and serve as Manager-on-Duty.
  • Hire, train, and develop a strong, motivated team.
  • Create a positive, accountable culture that drives performance.
  • Deliver a high-quality member experience and resolve concerns quickly.
  • Drive revenue across memberships, personal training, and retail.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, expenses, and inventory.
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
  • Monitor performance, track key metrics, and improve results.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, labor, and safety regulations.
  • Coach the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
