About The Position

Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. We offer paid training and a Management Development Program for professional growth, which can be self-paced for experienced individuals. This program also provides opportunities for franchise ownership for successful General Managers. The role requires a natural leader who can be responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations, while adhering to all company policies and procedures. It's a tough job that requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fun and flexible, fast-paced environment, offering valuable work experience. You've had our pizza delivered to you, now help us be the best in pizza delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Have a good driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
