About The Position

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of leadership experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
  • A people-first leadership approach—motivational, steady, and rooted in integrity.
  • Strong communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
  • Proven success in building high-performing teams and developing leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with routing, dispatch, or logistics software (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including appliance delivery, installation, customer experience, and partner satisfaction.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team while shaping a positive, people‑focused culture.
  • Drive performance across safety, service levels, compliance, and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor a salaried leadership team to ensure alignment, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with corporate leaders and The Home Depot to uphold service standards and exceed expectations.
  • Manage budgets, optimize fleet and staffing resources, and strengthen processes across the operation.
  • Direct leadership of driver/helper delivery teams operating 26ft box trucks.
  • Strong track record in driver management, final‑mile/home delivery, or transportation operations.
  • Knowledge of DOT safety standards and commitment to a safety-first culture.
  • Experience managing multiple routes, dispatch schedules, and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with routing, dispatch, or logistics software (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data to solve problems and drive improvement.
