About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The role involves efficiently running the store, taking care of customers, and supporting team members. Key responsibilities include managing store operations and driving results through cost controls, inventory management, maintaining food and image standards, ensuring store cleanliness, and managing attendance and punctuality. The General Manager will also recruit, develop, and retain staff, manage food safety and team member safety, provide best-in-class customer service, and work to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
Customer Service experience (required)
Valid driver's license (required)
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
