Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 4-years' prior experience.
- Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, and email.
- Must be a team leader, player and have a positive attitude.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Develop restaurant efficiencies for economic-growth, staff morale and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen on new menu roll outs, changes, or any 86ed items.
- Manage weekly front of house costs and employee payroll budgets.
- Schedule daily pre-shift meetings with front of house staff.
- Meet with guests to ensure their expectations have been met.
