About The Position

Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least 4-years' prior experience.
  • Candidate must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office, and email.
  • Must be a team leader, player and have a positive attitude.
  • Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Develop restaurant efficiencies for economic-growth, staff morale and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the employee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, and terminations.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen on new menu roll outs, changes, or any 86ed items.
  • Manage weekly front of house costs and employee payroll budgets.
  • Schedule daily pre-shift meetings with front of house staff.
  • Meet with guests to ensure their expectations have been met.
