About The Position

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. This role encompasses staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, ensuring attendance & punctuality, arranging transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. General job duties for all store team members, which also apply to this role, include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential functions include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (with calculator use allowed), making correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing, motor coordination for rapid and accurate precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Driving-specific job duties include delivering product by car to customer doors and delivering flyers and door hangers. This requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Essential skills also include navigational abilities to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigating adverse terrain such as multi-story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
