About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager. This role is for a natural leader who can ensure all operations run smoothly, from managing staff to controlling costs and maintaining customer relations. The position requires strong judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multitask in a fun and flexible work environment. General Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including adherence to all company policies and procedures. While prior pizza experience is preferred, it is not strictly required, but candidates must complete all Manager in Training evaluations before becoming a store manager. The company emphasizes a commitment to diversity and offers opportunities for advancement within the organization, with many team members starting as delivery drivers and progressing to franchise owners.

  • Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
