About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently running the store, ensuring excellent customer care, and supporting team members. Key aspects of the role include managing store operations, driving results, recruiting and developing staff, ensuring food and team member safety, providing best-in-class customer service, and increasing sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
