About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead all aspects of our business and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in restaurant management, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, maintaining revenue and profitability goals, and ensuring compliance with DoH Health & Safety standards. They will also be responsible for supervising shifts, appraising staff performance, and creating detailed reports on revenue and expenses. This position reports directly to the District Manager and Director of Operations. The below job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
