About The Position

Bob Boyte Auto Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's operations to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the automotive industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service, and finance operations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and profitability goals.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
