About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to efficiently run their store. The role involves managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting team members. Key responsibilities include cost controls, inventory management, maintaining food and image standards, ensuring store cleanliness, and managing staff attendance and punctuality. The General Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, ensuring food and team member safety, providing best-in-class customer service, and working to increase sales and profit potential.

Requirements

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
Customer Service experience
Valid driver's license
High School education or equivalent
Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
