Requirements

• Education: High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front and back of house.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years QSR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control of the location against the budgeted expectation and historical performance to ensure that profit goals are met.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent and professional image of the location and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.
• Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing, sales programs, and following appropriate guidelines.
• Builds location sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.
• Interacts with Crew Members and customers with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Prepares ingredients for our food.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the location.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the location.
