About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently running the store, ensuring excellent customer care, and supporting team members. Key responsibilities include managing store operations and driving results, which encompasses cost controls, inventory management, food quality, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance, and punctuality. The role also involves recruiting, developing, and retaining staff, managing food and team member safety, providing best-in-class customer service, and increasing sales and profit potential.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
  • Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
