Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring alignment with Company’s core values and commitment to providing a best-in-class experience. Maintain and upload all compliance standards, procedures, and policies to optimize gym efficiency and profitability. Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimal condition and facilities meet high hygiene standards. Monitor and manage financials, including membership sales, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in fitness, retail, or hospitality
  • Sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to drive membership and retail growth and foster long-term member retention.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Demonstrated integrity in decision-making, team management, and member interactions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A tenacious approach to problem-solving and goal achievement
  • Strong sense of accountability. Take ownership of responsibilities and results and hold your team to the same standard.
  • High level of professionalism. Maintain a respectful, positive, and composed presence, setting the tone for the entire club
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the gym’s operations and member experience.
