The General Manager is the strategic business leader of the property, responsible for overall hotel performance, team development, and guest satisfaction. Requirements

An experienced hotel leader in a select-service or similar environment (minimum of 2 years with a major brand, preferred)
Financially savvy, with experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
A people-focused leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams
Results-driven, with a track record of improving guest satisfaction and hotel performance
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Strong communicator with the ability to lead professionally and with integrity

Nice To Haves

Experienced with major hotel brands (IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt) preferred, not required
Experience with the following systems is helpful: Profit Sword, ADP Payroll, NetSuite, Hotel Effectiveness, Opera, and Hotel Key.
