As the General Manager of Noodle Shop and Seabreeze Café at Mandalay Bay, you will lead two distinctive dining experiences—one offering bold, Asian-inspired flavors in a lively setting, and the other delivering fresh, coastal-inspired fare in a relaxed café environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of operations across both outlets, providing strategic leadership and clear direction to the Assistant General Managers, Assistant Managers, and service teams in alignment with the MGM Resorts brand. You will drive operational and financial performance by maximizing covers, optimizing revenue opportunities, developing strong leaders, and executing key initiatives from property F&B leadership. With a focus on team engagement, service consistency, and operational discipline, you will ensure each venue delivers a high-quality dining experience that complements the vibrant atmosphere of Mandalay Bay.
