About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – ROYERSFORD (1844 E Ridge Pike, Royersford, PA 19468) is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Requirements

3–5 years of leadership experience
Proven success driving sales and team performance
Strong communication and leadership skills
A balance of people leadership and business acumen
Strong experience working with KPIs is required
Comfort in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
