Credit Sales Mastery: Proactively drive credit sales and financing options to help customers get the repairs they need while boosting shop revenue. KPI & Process Discipline: Manage by the numbers. You will follow a rigorous process to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, from average repair order (ARO) to labor margins. Customer Experience: Deliver a "Yes" culture. Requirements

5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in retail store management (Automotive Service Writing experience is required).
Sales Leadership: Ability to close sales with integrity and train others to do the same.
Operational Grit: Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of shop workflow.
Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Valid Driver’s License: Essential for shop operations.
