We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead our automotive service center. You will be responsible for driving daily sales, increasing car count, and maximizing every bay's potential. Credit Sales Mastery: Proactively drive credit sales and financing options to help customers get the repairs they need while boosting shop revenue. KPI & Process Discipline: Manage by the numbers. You will follow a rigorous process to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, from average repair order (ARO) to labor margins. Customer Experience: Deliver a "Yes" culture. You are the face of the business, ensuring every customer receives transparent, expert consultation and follows through on recommended services. 🛠️ Leadership & Operations Technician Management: Direct a team of up to 10 technicians. Your job is to clear the path for their success—managing their workflow, diagnosing bottlenecks, and coaching them for high performance. Requirements

  • 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in retail store management (Automotive Service Writing experience is required).
  • Sales Leadership: Ability to close sales with integrity and train others to do the same.
  • Operational Grit: Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of shop workflow.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Essential for shop operations.
