About The Position

We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑first General Manager to lead the Cambria Hotel Boston–Somerville. This role is all about creating great guest experiences, building a strong team culture, and running a successful, well‑performing hotel.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of senior hotel leadership experience
  • Strong operational and financial know-how
  • A visible, hands-on leader who enjoys participating in the operation
  • Great communication and relationship‑building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Choice Hotels or similar brands a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leading the day‑to‑day operations of a busy, modern lifestyle hotel
  • Owning the hotel’s financial performance, including budgets and expenses
  • Building, coaching, and motivating a strong leadership team
  • Making guests feel welcome and turning great stays into repeat visits
  • Partnering with ownership, Choice Hotels, and the local community
  • Working closely with Sales to drive revenue and grow the business
