About The Position
The General Manager at Wingstop is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certification in food safety or restaurant management.
