We are seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead one of our restoration partner locations. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations and hold full accountability for performance and profitability. You will drive growth, manage key performance metrics, foster a thriving workplace culture, and develop both staff and management teams. This role includes full ownership of the operating P&L for your assigned location. You’ll be responsible for organic growth, revenue targets, and market expansion. Supported by the parent company’s leadership team, the CEO, and a network of fellow GMs, you’ll have the resources to deliver exceptional service, drive operational excellence, and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
