Managers will oversee all restaurant operations and team members. Managers provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused and team-focused. Requirements

  • Ability to develop self and others and support their success.
  • Capability to lead a four-wall operation, including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability.

  • Proficiency in people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and corrective action.
  • Ability to inspire teams to create CAVA fanatics and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to change for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations and team members.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused and team-focused.
  • Set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere for the team.
  • Develop yourself and others, focusing on self-improvement while supporting the success of others.
  • Lead the four-wall operation, including people development, inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability.
  • Put the customer first, including internal customers (the team).
  • Perform regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and corrective action.
  • Consistently create CAVA fanatics by finding ways to say “yes” to every guest and inspiring teams to do the same.
  • Achieve results by taking ownership of every shift and taking pride in the job.
  • Foster collaboration and work with others to find success as a group.
  • Adapt to change and solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach.
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned.
